I had a pretty frustrating experience at this hotel. The check-in process was chaotic, and I was given a room that was already occupied, which made me feel really uneasy. The waterpark had a lot of maintenance issues, and the overall cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. On the upside, the waterpark staff were attentive, but I wouldn’t stay here again due to the numerous problems we encountered.
